How to use this pack
This pack turns scattered information into material you can hand to the police, a platform or a lawyer. Secure your safety first. If there is no time to finish, take your ID, evidence and some cash and leave.
Print two copies if you can: one to submit and one to keep. Store the digital version in an account the other person cannot access, not only on a shared computer.
- Work in time order. If you do not remember the exact time, write approximately; do not invent precision.
- Record only what you experienced or can verify. Do not draw conclusions for someone else.
- If private images are involved, do not print the originals in a public shop. Print the link and a written description instead.
- Put your name, date and page number on every sheet. Photograph or copy the pack before submitting it.
- If a minor is involved, contact a guardian or the police first and keep circulation to a minimum.
1. Evidence timeline
Start with the first moment something felt wrong, not only with the first transfer. A meeting, a request for images, a demand for secrecy, a promised return or a blocked withdrawal can all be a key event.
For each entry, note exactly where the evidence sits: a photo album item, a bank transaction number, a platform ticket or a saved web page.
| Time | Place / platform | What happened | Where the evidence is | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
2. Police statement outline
You do not need to memorise a speech. Follow the order below and give the officer this outline with your evidence list.
Amounts, account numbers, URLs and dates are the easiest details to confuse. Write them down before you call or attend the station.

4. Safety exit plan
The aim is to get out safely, not to win the argument. Keep the plan where the other person cannot see it and share it only with people who can actually help.
If your phone, location or bank card is controlled, prepare a backup way to communicate and some cash. Do not pack in front of the person.
| Prepare | Write the details | Done |
|---|---|---|
| Safe place | Address, contact, how to get there | [ ] |

5. Check before printing and submitting
- Does the material identify the account, URL, time and amount?
- Have you accidentally included ID numbers, bank card numbers, private images or a minor's details?
- Do you have a copy, and does a trusted person know where it is?
- Have you confirmed the police, legal-aid and platform reporting channels?
- Have you cleared the print queue and temporary files on a shared computer?
6. Where to go next
If you are not sure what to handle first, open the situation help navigator and choose threats, fraud, image leaks, control or a minor.
For a more detailed evidence structure, use the evidence checklist. For statutes and official channels, use the legal and help index.
This pack is an organising framework, not legal advice. A licensed lawyer or local legal-aid service should advise on a specific case.
Common questions
Can I hand this pack straight to the police?
It can serve as a statement draft and evidence index, but the original chats, transfers, image files and receipts must also be preserved. Whether to accept a case is a decision made under police procedure.
Can I post the completed form online for help?
It is not advisable. The form can expose times, accounts and relationship details. Share only the necessary parts with the police, a lawyer or a trusted service.
What changes when a minor is involved?
Call the police and contact a guardian first. Do not print identifiable images in a public shop, and keep circulation as narrow as possible.
